NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated January 6, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2008-CA-010271-WS (J3) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein LaSalle Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Ownit Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2006-6, Plaintiff and Marvin Mouzon are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on February 7, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 696, FOX WOOD PHASE FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 108 THROUGH 117, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
