NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-008671-XXXX-WS (J2), of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and LORIN M MAUCK; MATTHEW A MAUCK A/K/A MATT A. MAUCK A; PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A NATIONAL CITY BANK; THE PRESERVE AT FAIRWAY OAKS HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 7th day of February, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco Countys Public Auction website: AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM PURSUANT TO JUDGMENT OR ORDER OF THE COURT AND CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES. in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 493, PRESERVE AT FAIRWAY OAKS UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 23-29, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
