NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 06, 2012, and entered in 11-11714 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and ANA R. RIVAS; RICHARD RIVAS; SOUTH FORK OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY II HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION; INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ANDREW PEGRITZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, , at 10:00 AM on February 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 59, BLOCK F, SOUTH FORK UNIT 4, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 98, PAGE 88 THROUGH 95, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. - a/k/a 11227 SUMMER STAR DRIVE, RIVERVIEW, FL 33569.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
