NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 6, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-007151ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6thJudicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF SEPTEMBER 1, 2006, FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-C is Plaintiff and MARIA BECERRA; RUBEN BECERRA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR LITTON LOAN SERVICING LP; VERMILLION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. TENANT #1 N/KA CHARLIE DEAL, AND TENANT #2 N/K/A SUE ROMAELLA; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 6TH day of February 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 36, MEADOW POINTE PARCEL 16, UNIT 2B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 76 THROUGH 81, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
