NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 05, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-22098 DIV K UCN: 292009CA022098XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB is Plaintiff and ENEIDA REYES; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the 24 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 100 FEET OF THE NORTH 600 FEET OF THE WEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, LESS THE WEST 30 FEET IN USE AS A RIGHT OF WAY FOR BOYETTE ROAD, ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
