NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 09, 2012 and entered in Case No. 10-CC-017300-I , of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HUNTINGTON OF CARROLLWOOD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and CHRISTINA R. BREWER, FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, located at 800 Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on the 24 day of February, 2012, at 2:00 p.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 3, HUNTINGTON OF CARROLLWOOD, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 54, Page 16, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
