NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-006809-XXXX-ES J1, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and GJOVALIN CURAJ; HAMILTON PARK OF PASCO COUNTY HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; KARL CURAJ; JOHN DOE N/K/A DANIEL CRITSER; JANE DOE N/K/A ONALE PRUITT, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 22nd day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 4, HAMILTON PARK, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGES 140 THROUGH 144, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
