UNIT 12, BUILDING B, EMBASSY PARK TOWNHOMES CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6149, PAGE 988, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 78, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ALL FUTURE AMENDMENTS AND/OR SUPPLEMENTS THERETO.
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
