and commonly known as: 29646 Wells Road, Wesley Chapel, Florida 33545, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on February 22, 2012, at 11:00 A.M.
