NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CC-3103-ES/T, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BARRINGTON AT NORTHW OOD HOMEOW NERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and MELVIN VENTURA and DIANNE MARIA VENTURA are Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 14th day of February, 2012, the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3 in Block P of Northwood Unit 7, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 34, Pages 115 through 119, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
