CONDOMINIUM PARCEL UNIT 107-K, BUILDING 7, WITH A .0155 INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO; OF IMPERIAL EMBASSY CONDOMINIUM IV, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 673, PAGES 669-774, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 936, PAGE 301, AND ALSO AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 1056, PAGE 1246, O.R. BOOK 1788, PAGE 254, AND O.R. BOOK 1899, PAGE 520, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. WITH THE FOLLOWING STREET ADDRESS: 4705 BRITT DRIVE, NEW PORT RICHEY, FLORIDA, 34652.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before February 20, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
