NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2010 in case no: 2008-CA-006015ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF PARK PLACE SECURITIES, INC. ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-WCW2,is the Plaintiff and IRALBE HENRIKSEN; EDUARDO MORA; PINE RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ARGENT MORGAGE COMPANY, LLC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendants. Paula S. O'neil will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash are held at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 20th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, BLOCK 3, PINE RIDGE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 141 THROUGH 144, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
