notice is hereby given that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 16, 2008 in Civil Case No. 08-5291-CA, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION TRUST 2007-EQ1 is the Plaintiff, and, gary j. evans; unknown spouse of gary j. evans, if any; mortgaGE electronic registration systems, inc.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse in the First Floor Atrium located at, 3315 Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on February 6, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
The East 75 feet of The West 180 Feet of Tract 21, Golden Gate Estates, Unit No. 64, According to The Plat Thereof Recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 64, of The Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
