NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed January 9, 2012, and entered in Case No. 0905798CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and JOHN J. FISH A/K/A JOHN FISH, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at The Atrium 1st floor courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples Florida 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 6th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
Lot 40, Block B, Heritage Greens, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 28, pages 78 through 94, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
