notice is hereby given Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-000907 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Ronald B. Smith, Tenant #2 n/k/a Josh Torrance, Tenant #1 n/k/a Kyle Smith, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 6 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE SOUTH 75 FEET OF THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 115, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 193, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, AT PAGE 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
