Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 21, 2011 and entered in Civil Case No. 11-1426-CA of the County Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse located at, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 6 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 30-A, Block A, Wellington at Lone Oak, Unit Two, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 17, at Page 80 through 82, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida
a/k/a 6538 Ilex Circle, Naples, FL.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
