notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 9, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-8837 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-4, Plaintiff, and BRADLEY S. APONTE, JANE C. HARVEY F/K/A JANE APONTE,, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 6 day of February, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 75 FEET OF THE NORTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 5, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 16, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 3 AND 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
