NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-000988, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH MARIO CATANESE; SHERWOOD III, INC.; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. CONSUMER LOAN SERVICING CENTER; MELINDA S. CATANESE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 6th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 102, BUILDING 29, SHERWOOD III, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2820, PAGE 2627, ET. SEQ., AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
