NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-005609, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and NICHOLAS A. MINER, REGENT PARK VILLAS II ASSOCIATION, INC., JULIE A. MINER and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 6th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2103, REGENT PARK VILLAS II, BEING A PORTION OF BLOCK 5, REGENT PARK REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 57 AND 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS;
COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 5, BLOCK 5, REGENT PARK REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 57 AND 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COUNTY, FLORIDA; RUN SOUTH 89 06' 09” EAST FOR 259.34 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 00 53' 51” EAST FOR 82.89 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 89 06' 09” EAST FOR 25.67 FEET TO THE INTERSECTION WITH THE EXTENSION OF THE CENTERLINE OF AN INTERIOR WALL; THENCE RUN SOUTH 00 53' 51” WEST, ALONG SAID CENTERLINE, FOR 62.83 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 89 06' 09” WEST FOR 25.67 FEET TO THE INTERSECTION OF THE CENTERLINE OF AN INTERIOR WALL; THENCE RUN NOT 00 53' 51” EAST, ALONG SAID CENTERLINE FOR 62.83 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
