NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-003800, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and NICOLAS VILLAMIZAR, WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 6th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 60, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 51, ACCCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES(S) 84 AND 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
