Final Judgment was awarded on June 16, 2010 in Civil Case No. 11-2008-CA-008022, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HARBOR VIEW
MORTGAGE TRUST 2006-9, TRUST FUND is the Plaintiff, and, SAIMIR BYLYKU; ELVANA BYLYKU, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED; JOHN DOE N/K/A TONY (REFUSED TO GIVE LAST NAME); TURTLE LAKE GOLF COLONY CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, INC. NO. 1; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse in the First Floor Atrium located at, 3315 Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on February 8, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:

CONDOMINIUM PARCEL NO. 201, TURTLE LAKE GOLF COLONY CONDOMINIUM APT., BUILDING NO. 4, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 776, PAGE 335, AND AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
