Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated January 11, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2009-CA-006732, in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE
ESTATE OF JEREMIAH BACKMAN, DECEASED, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
LOT 8, BLOCK 92 , GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 3 , ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 97 THROUGH 105, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the COLLIER County Courthouse, in the atrium on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM, on the 8th day of February, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
