NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 12, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 11-2009-CA-002091 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and JOAN VENEZIALE A/K/A JOAN L. VENEZIALE; CARMAN VENEZIALE; TREETOPS OF NAPLES, SECTION I, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 8th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT D-5, TREETOPS OF NAPLES, SECTION 1, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 881, PAGES 1732 THROUGH 1814, INCLUSIVE, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
