Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, in the First Floor Atrium, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 8 day of February, 2012, that certain parcel of real property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 18, Block A, CORINITHIAN GARDENS AT WORLD TENNIS CENTER, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, pages 58 through 62, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, LESS AND EXCEPT a portion of Lot 18, Block A, CORINITHIAN GARDENS AT WORLD TENNIS CENTER as more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 18, Corininthian Gardens at World Tennis Center as recorded in Plat Book 18, pages 58 through 62, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida; thence North 51Ëš51'10” West 14.0 feet along the Southerly line of said Lot to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue along said Lot line North 51Ëš52'16” West 36.00 feet; thence South 62Ëš17'25” East 16.40 feet; thence South 43Ëš22'54” East 20.09 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
