Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, in the First Floor Atrium, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 8th day of February, 2012, that certain parcel of real property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 2, Block 290, of Marco Beach, Unit Eight, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 63-68, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
