Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclose dated January 11, 2012, 2010, and entered in 1005755CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida , wherein KONDAUR CAPITAL CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and TIMOTHY RIGGS; CATHERINE I. BILLGER A/K/A CATHERINE BILLGER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CATHERINE I. BILLGER A/K/A CATHERINE BILLGER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TIMOTHY RIGGS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 1st Floor Atrium Area, Collier Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00AM on February 8, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
