Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 11, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 10-05120-CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Gregory Keith Berger and Robert Yardley, Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of Robert T. Berger, Sir., Plaintiffs and Crescenio Martinez and Martha Martiniez, jointly and severally, Ford Motor Credit Company, Jacqueline Jaramillo, and Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, IN THE ATRIUM ON THE 1ST FLOOR AT THE COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, AT 11:00 A.M. on February 8, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
The East 75 feet of the West 150 of Tract 57, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 65, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 88, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida

The West of 180 feet of Tract 139, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 4, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 29, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
