NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 11, 2012, and entered in CASE NO.: 1101499CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NEW YORK COMMUNITY BANK, is the Plaintiff and TERRENCE M. CLARKE, a married man, is the defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Atrium on the First Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 8 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
