Box 413044, Naples, FL 34101-3044; that the decedent's date of death was May 7, 2011; that the total value of the estate is $41,021.25; and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such Order are: Hartmut Braun, Brandenburgerstrasse 18, 78467 Konstanz, Germany; Rosemarie Benjelloun, c/o Russell R. Winer, Esq., 1840 4th St. N., Suite 201, St. Petersburg, FL 33704-4303.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the estate of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against the decedent's estate other than those for whom provision for full payment was made in the Order of Ancillary Summary Administration must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA STATUTES.
ALL CLAIMS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
