Bruno, Charleston Square Condominium Association of Naples, Inc., Charleston Square Condominium Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for Countrywide Bank N.A., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 8th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 201, IN BUILDING 5, OF CHARLESTON SQUARE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFlCIAL RECORDS BOOK 2401, AT PAGES 1615 THROUGH 1693 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
