NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-6439-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and DEBORAH A MOHRING, a married woman, if living and if deceased, any unknown party who may claim as heir, devisee, grantee, assignee, lienor, creditor, trustee or other claimant, by, through under or against DEBORAH A. MOHRING; RICHARD T. MOHRING, A/K/A RICHARD T. MOHRING, her husband; KATE GAMMACK-CLARK; JOHN DOE; MARY DOE; BANKUNITED; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE ATRIUM ON THE 1ST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, at 11:00 a.m., on the 8th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 376, MARCO BEACH UNIT TWELVE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEROF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 87-97, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
