NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 112009CA010267XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and WILLIAM GREGORY; ALLEN BOTWINICK A/K/A ALLEN G. BOTWINICK; HERITAGE BAY UMBRELLA ASSOCIATION, INC.; HERITAGE BAY GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB INC.; VERANDA I AT HERITAGE BAY ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM GREGORY; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALLEN BOTWINICK A/K/A ALLEN G. UNIT 315, BLDG 3, VERANDA I AT HERITAGE BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4076 PAGE 542 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
