NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 112009CA009239XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-25 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-25 is Plaintiff and ADRIANNE PEARSON A/K/A ANDI PEARSON; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST MIRIAM B. BLOWITZ, DECEASED; THE APOLLO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION,INC.;UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, title or interest in the property herein described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the atrium on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at Collier County, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. on the 6th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF COLLIER, STATE OF FLORIDA BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS FOLLOWS: UNIT NO. 1001, THE APOLLO, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH THE PRORATA INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON PROPERTY OF THE CONDOMINIUM AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, MORE PARTICULARLY DELINEATED AND IDENTIFIED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF THE APOLLO, A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1567, AT PAGES 2074, AND AS AMENDED. IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
