Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of Plaintiff's Verified Amended Complaint January 11, 2012, (the “Judgment”), entered in Civil Case No. 11-2375-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which TALMER BANK AND TRUST is Plaintiff, and BARRNUNN, L.L.C., a Florida limited liability company, THE FOUNDATION OF PELICAN MARSH, INC., a Florida corporation not-for-profit, VANDERBILT GALLERIA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation not-for-profit are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court will sell the Mortgaged Property, as defined in the Judgment and as set forth below, at public sale on February 9, 2012, at 11 a.m. to the “highest bidder,” for cash, at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112-5324 in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
The “highest bidder” for purposes of this Notice of Sale, is defined as the party who bids the largest amount of money to purchase the Property (as defined below) and who completes the sale in a timely fashion, as hereinafter set out. The one who bids the largest amount of money to purchase the Property (as defined below) shall be permitted to complete the sale by delivering to the Clerk, the balance of such bid, over and above the deposit, by 10:30 a.m. on the next business day following the sale.
The following property located in Collier County, Florida, is the subject of this Notice of Sale:
Unit 117 of Vanderbilt Galleria, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 2862, Page 2103, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
