Notice is hereby given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-635-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANKUNITED, a federal savings and loan association, assignee of the FDIC as receiver for BANKUNITED, FSB. is the Plaintiff and WBA FABRICATION, INC.; WILLIAM B. ALGER; DANA L. ALGER; FLORIDA BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION; SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, an agency of the United States; 3435 ENTERPRISE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST; DAVID SCHREINER; XYZ CORPORATION, Unknown Tenants, and JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, Unknown Tenants are Defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor Atrium, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11 AM on the 8 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit Nos. 29 and 30, 3435 ENTERPRISE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 3829, Page 2664 - 2775 inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in all common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
