Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated January 17, 2012, and entered in 11-2009-CA-009841 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida , wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and ELIZABETH GIUSTIZIA F/K/A ELIZABETH G. DUNZELMAN, VICTORIA SHORES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., JOHN DOE N/K/A KURT NIELSON are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, the FIRST FLOOR ATRIUM, Courthouse Annex, Naples, Fl 34112 at 11:00 AM on February 9, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT A-105, VICTORIA SHORES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2161, PAGE 600, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE THE PARKING SPACE NO. A-1.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
