NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17 day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-000820, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and THOMAS M. TROSKEY, 100 LA PENINSULA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., METRO BANK, A BRANCH OF CITIZENS FIRST SAVINGS BANK, THE CLUB AT LA PENINSULA, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS M. TROSKEY and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 9 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 102, 100 LA PENINSULA, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1268, PAGE 1553, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
