Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 12, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2011-CA-001572-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-R10, Under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated November 1, 2005 is the Plaintiff, and GERARDO RIVERA A/K/A GERARDO L. RIVERA, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
That certain condominium Unit known as Unit 32, and the undivided interest in the common elements, common expenses, and common surplus appurtenant to the said unit, all in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that declaration of condominium of town homes of Winter Garden a condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 3891, Page 3089 and amended in Official Records Book 3962, Page 2787, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 16th day of February, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
