NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled action on October 25, 2010, and the Order on Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered in the above-styled action on January 17, 2012, the property described in the attached Exhibit “A” will be sold by the clerk of this court at public sale, at 11:00 a.m. on February 13, 2012, to the highest bidder or bidders, for cash, on-line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Florida Statutes section 45.031.

Lots 8 and 9, Block B, L. W. REED'S SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book K, Page 98, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, Less that part taken in Order of Taking filed in O.R. Book 2954, Page 1020 and Stipulated Final Judgment filed in O.R. Book 3008, Page 145 described as follows:
That part of Lot 8, Block B, L. W. REED'S SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book K, Page 98, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, Lying with the following described boundaries:
Commence on the South line of Section 27, Township 22 South, Range 29 East, at a point 410 feet South 89°46'13” East of the Southwest corner of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 27; thence run North 0°25'03” West, a distance of 670.04 feet for the Point of Beginning; thence run South 89°12'03” East, a distance of 68.73 feet; thence run North 0°47'57” East, a distance of 30.09 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the Northeasterly and having a radius of 30 feet; thence from a tangent bearing of North 89°10'33” West run Northerly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 88°45'30”, a distance of 46.47 feet to the end of said curve; thence run North 0°25'03” West, a distance of 226.36 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the Southeasterly and having a radius of 20 feet; thence run Easterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 69°00'20”, a distance of 24.09 feet to the end of said curve having a tangent bearing of North 68°35'17” East; thence run North 0°36'27” East, a distance of 29.96 feet ; thence run North 89°23'33” West, a distance of 53.38 feet; thence run South 0°25'03” East, a distance of 334.55 feet to the Point of Beginning (hereinafter the “Land”).
TOGETHER with all rights, easements, appurtenances, royalties, mineral rights, oil and gas rights, crops, timber, all diversion payments or third party payments made to crop producers and all existing and future improvements, structures, fixtures, and replacements that may now, or at any time in the future, be part of the Land described (all referred to as Property.)
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with the Clerk within 60 days after the sale.
