Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment dated January 17, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2010-CA-021524-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and THOMAS TORRES, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 12, BLOCK B, PARK MANOR ESTATES SECTION 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT BOOK X, PAGE 79, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND LYING IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 22 SOUTH, RANGE 31 EAST OF SAID ORANGE COUNTY
LESS THE EAST 19.00 OF LOT 12, BLOCK B, PARK MANOR ESTATES SECTION 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT BOOK X, PAGE 79, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORNAGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID EAST 19.00 FEET ADJOINS THE EXISTING WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF ROUSE ROAD PER THE RIGHT-OF-WAY MAPS FOR THE ORANGE COUNTY, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN #3018.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 21st day of February, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
