Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment dated January 17, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2011-CA-006864-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-5, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-5 is the Plaintiff, and ULRICK FRANCOIS, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
Lot 69, Rose Hill Groves Unit No. 2, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 23, Page(s) 124, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 21st day of February, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
