NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 14, 2011 and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-006770-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC 2005-FR5 MORTGAGE PASSTHROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-FR5 is the Plaintiff and AGUILES CRUZ A/K/A CRUZ AGUILES; CARLOS CRUZ A/K/A CRUZ CARLOS; CITIFINANCIAL EQUITY SERVICES INC.; WEDGEFIELD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on February 20, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
