The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00 a.m. on the 14th day of February, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 7-204, Southern Pines, A Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof reccorded in Official Record Book 8392, Page 2508, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
