NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final judgment of foreclosure filed the 10 day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-062361, of the Circuit court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein VALERIU BULARCA and CAMELIA BULARCA is the Plaintiff and ALEXANDRU SAMSON is the Defendant. RESERVING THE NORTH 30 FEET FOR ACCESS AND UTILITY EASEMENT.

TOGETHER WITH AND SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS OVER THE LANDS DESCRIBED IN THE INSTRUMENTS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1449, PAGE 771 AND OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1449, PAGE 768, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
