NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed on January 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-057726 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and MARGARITA ZANKINA A/K/A MARGARITA PETROVA ZANKINA, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. 1308, of THE COVE AT SIX MILE CYPRESS CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded under Clerk's File No. 2005000044163, as amended by First Amendment to the Declaration of Condominium recorded under Clerk's File No. 2005000158980, and Second Amendment to the Declaration of Condominium recorded under Clerk's File No. 2006000057403, all of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida; together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
