GRASS, MARTHA R. GRASS, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, BONITA SPRINGS ESTERO ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, ALPHATILE, a division of OLYMPIA TILE (USA), INC., a corporation, and LEASECOMM CORPORATION, assignee of FINANCIAL ALLIANCE LEASING are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 a.m., on the 9 day of February, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
