Trust 2006-HE7 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE7, is the Plaintiff and Reina Mito, Salvador Mito, New Century Mortgage Corporation, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 6 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
