NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed January 11, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009 ca 062165 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP., Plaintiff and Ravindra Singh and Maleeni Singh are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, on February 10, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 26, AND 27 BLOCK 2552 OF CAPE CORAL UNIT 37, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE (S) 15-29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
