NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed January 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-ca-066972 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein sovereign bank, is Plaintiff, and alexander mateo, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10th day of February, the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
LOT 158, DEER LAKE UNIT 2, according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 76 page 70 as recorded in the Public Records of LEE County, Florida; said land situate, lying and being in LEE County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
