OLSON, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
Lots 31 and 32, Block 5603, Unit 84, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 24, Page(s) 30 through 48, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
